ASPARAGUS WITH MUSTARD DRESSING EL NAVARRICO PRESERVES

Delicious white asparagus seasoned with mustard and crunchy texture. A novel recipe whose difficulty lies in achieving the “crunchy” texture in a canned asparagus, as well as a perfect balance in the dressing.

Serve at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS: White asparagus, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, mustard (0.5%), vinegar, salt, lemon juice, white wine and sugar.
