This is an Asturian bean as exclusive as it is excellent. Small and flat, this bean owes its name to its beautiful emerald green colour. It is one of the best beans in Spain. We elaborate all our pulses in a very artisan way and that shows: very tender, you can’t notice the skin, the flavour is natural and clear to pulses and only to pulses. Green beans are ideal for stewing especially with seafood or fish, although they are also spectacular with boletus and rabbit.
Our pulses are very tender, empty the container carefully and add to the stew at the end without stirring too much.
Being so natural the broth can be used and added to your stews.
To empty the contents more easily, you can heat the unopened container a little in a bain-marie.
