Artichoke delights from Conservas Rosara.
It is a delicious artichokes seasoned with extra virgin olive oil arbequina flavored with seafood and spices. Ideal for side dishes, kebabs and tapas. It is also low in salt, only 0.12 gr. per 100 gr. of product.
Ingredients: Quartered artichokes (75%) extra virgin olive oil arbequina (22%) fresh garlic, vinegar, salt and spices.

It is recommended to take it cold or at room temperature, although it can also be heated. Very tender and not at all acidic, it is ideal to take alone as an aperitif or tapa, it combines very well with cheese, anchovies in vinegar, ham, pickles…etc. It can also be used to accompany vegetable, meat, fish, rice and pasta dishes.
