TASTING NOTE
Appearance: Intense lemony yellow, with greenish glint, steely rim, clean and very bright.
Nose: Elegant floral intensity (orange blossom, jasmine, chamomile), with character, fresh fruit sensations (red delicious apple, litchie, Williams pear), lemon and lemongrass cream, subtle aromas of aromatic herbs (thyme, sage), freshly cut hay, delicate balsamic (bay leaf) and mineral notes.
Palate: Intense entry, with volume, fresh and balanced, fruity and floral sensations, light citrus, the palate is creamy, intense and fresh, minerality that gives way to saline sensations, long tour with a very good final retronasal, elegant.
