Galician style octopus : Conservas Paco Lafuente

We usually buy the famous Galician octopus from the Ribeira fish market and we demand the highest quality on the market. We prepare it both in olive oil and Galician style, which consists of adding the sauce that usually accompanies fish dishes in Galicia. This sauce contains a base of refried olive oil, garlic and paprika that we also elaborate in our facilities from natural products.
