We select the best Piquillo peppers from Lodosa D.O. and we roast them with beech wood. We peel them without water so that they do not lose their flavour and we pack them in their juice. It is a very laborious process with a delicious result. Our production is supervised by the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin: Piquillo peppers from Lodosa and this is attested by the numbered back label that always appears on the packaging.

Tomato sauce from Conservas Rosara.

Undoubtedly one of our star products. A sauce made over a low heat, with its fried onion, garlic and green pepper. Sweet and not spicy, it is not at all acidic and of course contains no thickeners or stabilizers that disguise the quality of this sauce. And only 4.8% fat.
