Each tin contains 8 to 10 fried pickled mussels from the Galician Rias.
The mussels are received at the factory, cleaned and washed. Once cleaned, fry them in olive oil, add the sauce made from olive oil, vinegar, paprika and salt, and on the other side the bay leaf, pepper and cloves. Finally, they are closed and sterilized for preservation.
Ingredients: mussels, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, salt.

Drained weight: 130 gr
Process: handmade, without preservatives or colouring agents.

We only pack mussels under the Protected Designation of Origin “Mexillón de Galicia”, a guarantee that you are acquiring an exclusively Galician product, from the mussel beds of our estuaries.
Our mussels are carefully selected, choosing only large pieces, which we elaborate with the delicacy that a handmade production requires.
The viands are fried before adding the sauce to achieve a denser texture, more pleasant to taste.
