Elaborated in olive oil
We present them in pickled sauce made entirely in our facilities from natural products. The raw material used is live and fresh mussels (Mytilus Galloprovincialis). Our handmade production, together with the selection of a large calibre mussel, in an environment that favours the extraction of small mussels, means that this product is in great demand, which we are not always able to meet.
