White tuna belly fillets in olive oil

We select this part of the tuna for its juiciness and texture, we present it in fillets processed by hand and covered with olive oil.

They come from the Galician estuaries, which gives them a soft and special flavour. We elaborate them in a sauce that consists of a sofrito, very appreciated by all our customers.

Ingredients: White tuna belly, olive oil and salt.
