Albariño Garcia Caamaño
Production limited to 2,000 bottles/year.
Albariño from the trellises and espaliers, the grapes are processed in the winery in less than 3 hours after being harvested. After a cold maceration of all the grapes, we start with tear musts obtained by a light pressing. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on the lees for a period of a year and a half, followed by cold stabilisation and subsequent bottling.
Its estate origin and elaboration on lees give it the distinguished character typical of single vineyard wines.
Incisive character, full body and proud finish. This is how this Rías Baixas presents itself with stone fruit and integrated citrus notes. Awakening not only with visual but also olfactory nuances the land, the variety and the good work.
