Albariño Garcia Caamaño
Production limited to 2,000 bottles/year.
Albariño from the trellises and espaliers, the grapes are processed in the winery in less than 3 hours after being harvested. After a cold maceration of all the grapes, we start with tear musts obtained by a light pressing. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on the lees for a period of a year and a half, followed by cold stabilisation and subsequent bottling.
Its estate origin and elaboration on lees give it the distinguished character typical of single vineyard wines.
