From the Cantabrian coast they bring us the best White Tuna (thunnus alalunga) fished one by one, we process them fresh and pack them in olive oil.
The loins are natural cuts of fish and not molded from crumbs or similar.
The artisan elaboration is noticeable: juicy, tender loins with a touch of olive oil.
They are also low in salt, only 0.13g per 100g. of product.

They are ideal for the preparation of appetizers and tapas. We recommend separating the peppers from the oil and serving them at room temperature or cold. They can be added to salads, as a garnish for meat, fish or presented with spices (oregano, dill, mint…etc).
