Hake roe in partridge sauce by Conservas Los Peperetes.
Ingredients: hake roe, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and bay leaf.
At the right time we select the best specimens of this fish in the fish markets of Vigo and Coruña. Once in the factory they are cooked and cleaned. The roe is manually extracted and cut into portions. A homemade sauce based on olive oil, vinegar and a dash of wine, seasoned with bay leaves, is used as a covering liquid.
Net weight: 120 gr.
Drained weight: 75 gr.
