Artichoke stuffed with seafood from Conservas Rosara.
One of our most celebrated dishes: we hollow out the best artichoke hearts by hand and fill them with a seafood-based béchamel sauce (prawns and king prawns). We finished the dish with a delicious sauce made with seafood (langoustines, prawns and red shrimp) and smoked fish with vegetables. The taste is tasty but balanced, without acidity, it does not taste “pot”, it is like freshly made. It is also very healthy: low in fat (1.5%), salt (only 0.22 gr. per 100 gr. of product) and does not contain gluten.
Ingredients: Artichokes (62%), fish stock, seafood (shrimps (7%), prawns (7%), langoustines (7%), crayfish (2%), lobster (2%)), milk, tomato, vegetable oil (sunflower), onion, vegetables, flour, hake, white wine, salt and antioxidants.
