The tuna is caught in the Atlantic waters with line and hook, through a traditional and centenary fishing art known as “SALTO E VARA”. It is then cooked in brine, following the tradition of the ancient canners of the island of St. George. The result is a tuna of incomparable taste and texture.
Selective method for a better quality of fish and good conservation of the species.
Ingredients: Tuna, oil, fennel seeds and salt.
