Anchovy Fillets in AO 12 pcs SanFilippo

This semi-preserve of the Sanfilippo family belongs to a limited and numbered series.

The can includes 12 “anchovy fillets” of our largest size. They are preserved in healthy olive oil.

The family company Anchoas Sanfilippo has been producing salted anchovies for 5 generations, as their Sicilian ancestors taught them.

After a careful selection of the raw material caught in the Cantabrian Sea with purse seine and hoisting gear, an exclusive manufacturing and long maturation process is implemented to achieve the best salting.

Given the nature of the product and its production method, one of its identifying characteristics is its lack of homogeneity. Thus, it is not surprising that this anchovy is not identical from one season to another, between lots or numbers of the same series. Hence its exclusivity.

The key is to maintain the unique flavors and nuances of Sanfilippo salting and, of course, excellent cleanliness.
