Bolognese Sauce : ROSARA Preserves

Using our famous tomato sauce as a base, we make this bolognese “our own way”.
Tomato sauce with onion, mushrooms, garlic and green pepper to which we add pork and beef in equal parts plus a soft touch of spices and sherry wine.
It is not acidic and does not “taste like a can” and it is only 6% fat and low in salt: 0.36 gr. per 100 gr. of product.

Ingredients: Tomato (70%), onion (15%), beef (5%), pork (5%), mushrooms, green pepper, vegetable oil (sunflower), garlic, sherry wine, salt and spices.
