Glass peppers are so called because they are so thin that they look like glass. A treasure from the Ebro Valley that we roast with beech wood, peel by hand, cut into strips and season with extra virgin olive oil arbequina: a real delicacy! They are sweet and never spicy. And with only 5.7% fat.

SUGGESTIONS
With a sweet and delicate flavour, they are recommended to be eaten cold or at room temperature, although they can also be heated. They are delicious as they are or with a few slices of garlic on top, to accompany duck products (grilled foie gras, micuit, pâtés…etc), soft cheeses, Iberian ham and impressive with fried eggs.
