Habla del Mar is an underwater white wine, singular and pleasurable, which invites you to imagine an infinite horizon by the sea, where it has remained for several months.

Lemon yellow color, clean and bright, with slight steely hues.

Subtle fragrance, highlights its aroma of sea poetry that evokes long walks by the sea. A first saline note reminiscent of seafood, to give way to a vegetal note typical of some species of algae. Behind the delicate expression, nuances of quince and chamomile appear.

On the palate, after a soft entry, it develops all its expression with an acidity that gives the mouth great tension, true marine minerality. The finish exudes fresh and floral sensations with a saline touch.

A round, balanced wine, full of sensations. A source of discoveries for the nose and palate, with a seemingly never-ending finish. Habla del mar is a pleasant and energetic wine.

It is part of a ”new category of wines” yet to be discovered, a category full of singularities that opens the door to new and novel winemaking methods.

The first thing that stands out is that it is a non-vintage wine, and the second is that it is made from a blend of Atlantic white varieties of national origin.

After a first fermentation in the cellar, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in 300-liter tanks under the sea in the French town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz for several months, thus picking up a series of saline, iodine and algae notes that can be appreciated later in the tasting. A rarity.
