Psi 2019

PSI is made from Tinto Fino and Garnacha vines over 30 years old grown in micro-plots. The 2019 vintage is riper than the 2018, with a darker color, a bit more ripeness and tannins with very savory, more immediate flavors. Juicy and round.

PSI 2019 combines its knowledge of the vineyards and its new winery. The 2019 was more homogeneous, an easier vintage in which the majority made better wine. They used 10% Garnacha in the blend, which was made a year after aging the lots separately.

Peter Siseck ‘s latest gem departs from the resounding extraction of the other Domaine de Pingus wines to offer a fresher, fruitier character, with younger vines and aging in large oak vats.

Dominio de Pingus is a very small winery located 30 kilometers from Roa, in the province of Burgos. Directed by Peter Sisseck, an agronomist and oenologist born in 1962 in Copenhagen, who has been living in Spain since 1990, making his wines some of the most valued in the world.
