Semi Cured Cheese Wedges | Los Cameros
Semi-cured cheese made from cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk. It has 2 months of maturation and a natural rind of mold and olive oil baths.
Thanks to the mixture of the three milks it has a different and characteristic taste.
Its color is pale ivory and its texture is firm, with well distributed eyes.
Presentation of wedge in transparent thermosealed packaging in protective atmosphere. Refrigerated product between 0º and 5º C.
Open 15 minutes before serving to achieve the ideal temperature.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk from cows (60% minimum), sheep (20% minimum) and goats (6% minimum), lactic ferments, calcium, sheep rennet, preservative (egg lysozyme) and salt.
