White tuna belly fillets : Conservas de Cambados

The Ventresca is extracted from fresh white tuna from the north coast of Galicia (Puerto de Burela).

It is the most tender and juicy part of the tuna; and its delicate slices are carefully canned by our craftswomen.

To make this preserve more appetizing we add olive oil, this will increase its flavor and improve with the passage of time.

Ingredients: White tuna belly ( fish), olive oil and salt.

Net weight: 111 g.
Drained weight: 72 gr.
