Sauce made with our Piquillo peppers from Lodosa D.O. roasted with beech wood, accompanied by fish fumé and onion poached in white wine and olive oil. With a sweet-salty taste (it does not sting), it enhances the flavour of what it accompanies and is highly addictive.
Ingredients: Piquillo peppers (45%), fish stock, onion, vegetable oil (olive), rice, sugar, salt, cream and white wine.
