We roast our Piquillo peppers with beech wood and peel them without water to preserve all their flavour. We cut them into strips and roast them again in a special marinade. As a finishing touch we season them with extra virgin olive oil. The result is a sweet pepper with a more intense Piquillo flavour. And with only 6.5% fat.

With a sweet and intense piquillo flavour, we recommend eating this product cold or at room temperature, although it can also be heated. It is ideal for pinchos, tapas or as a garnish for all kinds of dishes. It combines very well with all kinds of cheeses, ham, foie, meat, fish and grilled vegetables.
