Scallops in scallop sauce
The scallops whose shell is known as the shell of the pilgrims, and the scallops of similar morphology but smaller, from the Galician estuaries which gives it a soft and special flavor, we prepare them in a sauce consisting of a sauce that is very appreciated by our customers.
Ingredients: scallops, olive oil, onion, tomato, spices and salt.
Recipe suggestion
RECIPE: Scallops with guacamole and tomato.
THE SCALLOPS:
- 1 tin of stewed scallops.
Separate some scallops and set aside.
THE GUACAMOLE:
- 1 avocado.
- 1 spring onion.
- 1 green tomato.
- ½ green pepper.
- 1 dl of lime juice.
- Salt.
- Tabasco.
Crush everything very finely, season with salt and tabasco and keep it in the refrigerator wrapped in foil.
THE TOMATO:
- 4 cherry tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes in two and remove the cores with a spoon, serve.
FINISH AND PRESENTATION:
Put some guacamole on a plate, some scallops next to it and finish with the tomato and some salad.
