Following the traditional curing procedures, La Hoja del Carrasco Acorn-fed Ibérico Jamón Ibérico de Bellota gives us all the traditional flavour of the Ibérico de Bellota from Guijuelo.
Knife-cut and vacuum-packed to maintain all the aromas and flavours of the best Iberian Acorn-fed Ham from Guijuelo.
It is served in 100g sachets. It is advisable to open the container 1 hour before serving and leave it at room temperature.
