Clean and bright. Attractive cherry red cherry evolving to ruby. Very intense nose with notes of strawberry fruit, sweet and warm woody notes and a toasted background. Pleasant, tasty. Long, smooth and toasty finish.

It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some highly flavored or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyere cheese. Good with rice with mushrooms.
