The snow crab is one of the best and most prized delicacies extracted from the cold waters of Greenland.

It is fished using pots at great depths and only during the month of January.

Its fresh and light meat, gives a lot of play in the kitchen; although it can also be eaten directly from the can or shredded in a salad, to provide protein from a quality seafood.

Ingredients: Pâtés and crab meat, water and salt.
