Tasting note:
Cockle colour white and shiny. Marine and saline aroma. In the mouth it is powerful, there is an explosion of flavours and textures, a mixture of the marine flavour of the vianda and the salinity of the broth.
Recommendations:
Taste the product fresh, around 10º-12º. Ideally, place the can on ice or in the freezer 5-10 minutes before opening for consumption. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany dishes for the great flavor it provides.
Shelf life: 4 years for canned seafood. Once the can has been opened, it is recommended to keep in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
