Sheepcured cheese. It has 6 months of maturation and a natural rind of mold and olive oil baths.

Its color is pale ivory and its texture is firm, with well distributed eyes.

Presentation of wedge in transparent thermosealed packaging in protective atmosphere. Refrigerated product between 0º and 5º C.

Open 15 minutes before serving to achieve the ideal temperature.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, sheep rennet and salt.
