Sardine fillets in olive oil by Conservas Los Peperetes

Ingredients: Sardines, olive oil and salt. May contain traces of crustaceans and molluscs.

Once washed in warm brine and meticulously cleaned, it is subjected to a steam bath so that it acquires the appropriate hardness and does not break. They are then manually placed in the can and to preserve their flavour and texture, the best quality olive oil is used as a covering liquid.
