Arrange the sardine fillets Provençal style on garlic toast and present them with an aubergine caviar toast for a sunny and tasty appetizer.
To appreciate all the delicacy, it is recommended to keep the preserve in the refrigerator for about an hour before consumption.
The marinade is a vinegar sauce that flavours the sardines and makes the meat melt even more.
Ingredients: Fresh sardine fillets, water, tomatoes, green and black olives, white wine vinegar, onions, tomato concentrate, salt, sugar, Provencal herbs, dehydrated garlic, natural flavouring (contains fish), thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, pepper, hot paprika, colouring: natural paprika extract.
