Mussels in pickled sauce of Conservas Los Peperetes.

The mussels are received at the factory, cleaned and washed.

Once cleaned, fry them in olive oil, add the sauce made from olive oil, vinegar, paprika and salt, and on the other side the bay leaf, pepper and cloves.

Finally the pickled mussels are closed and sterilized for preservation.

Cockles in their natural state by Conservas Los Peperetes.

The cockle comes from the Galician Rias (Arosa and Muros-Noia). The can contains 40 to 50 pieces of cockles prepared in their natural state.

Ingredients: cockle, water, lemon and salt.

We recommend tasting cold, at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

Ideally, place the can on ice or in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes before opening. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany dishes.

Octopus with paprika from Conservas Los Peperetes.

We receive fresh octopus from the best Galician fish markets. Once in our facilities we proceed to clean them for subsequent freezing. A necessary process to break the fibers of the meat and thus achieve the right tenderness.

Once the necessary time has elapsed to reach the desired tenderness, the pieces are cooked with water, salt and onion for the appropriate time depending on their size. Once cooked, it is drained and left to cool for a few hours, then cut and presented neatly, incorporating the AJADA Galician sauce, based on olive oil, paprika and garlic for excellent preservation.

Sea urchin caviar from Conservas Los Peperetes.

INGREDIENTS: Sea urchin, water, lemon and salt.

The sea urchin from the fish markets of Finisterre, O Grove and Aguiño has its roe extracted, thoroughly washed and the best roe for consumption is selected. The sea urchins are obtained from the sea by diving between January and April.

Zamburiñas a la gallega of Conservas Los Peperetes.

Ingredients: Scallops, olive oil, onion, pepper, tomato, spices and salt.

It is a product elaborated with high quality raw material, with limited and handmade productions. Certified product from the fish market of Cambados, in the Ría de Arousa.

It is a special preserve for special moments. Made in the Galician style, with a sauce based on olive oil, onion and tomato, as tradition dictates.
