The mussels are received at the factory, cleaned and washed.

Once cleaned, fry them in olive oil, add the sauce made from olive oil, vinegar, paprika and salt, and on the other side the bay leaf, pepper and cloves.

Finally the pickled mussels are closed and sterilized for preservation.

Ingredients: mussels, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, salt.

Process: handmade, without preservatives or colouring agents.

The viands are fried before adding the sauce to achieve a denser texture, more pleasant to taste.
