TASTING SHEET

This Albariño is a pleasure for all three senses.

It is beautiful to look at, pale gold in colour and with a minimal spire, resembling a rare constellation of bright stars.

Its aroma is very intense, penetrating, like a cyclone of summer fruit and citrus.

In the mouth it is fresh and smooth, very proportional, with a broad aftertaste, of varied nuances.

And as for the temperature, don’t forget to take it slightly chilled. It is a young wine, a newborn, and you know that it is not advisable to make them shiver.
