Made with Mencia, Arauxa (Tempranillo) and Merenzao. Garnet red with violet rim, good depth and good tear.
Intense and complex nose, red fruits of blackberry, strawberry and raspberry, vegetal and spicy notes of coffee, cocoa, chocolate, mineral and slightly floral, jasmine.
Enveloping, glyceric and velvety mouthfeel, medium structure, sweet tannins. Sweet and easy to drink, fruity and spicy aftertaste, good persistence.
Varieties: Mencia 85%, Arauxa 15%.

Elaboration:
Destemmed and crushed very gently, almost whole grape. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel at 21-23o C.
Devatting and light myco-oxygenation before malolactic fermentation. Permanence in stainless steel until bottling.
Tasting:
Garnet red of medium depth with a violet rim. Clean, transparent and bright, good tear.
Very fruity nose of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cassis and light notes of cocoa. medium-bodied palate with sweet, well-polymerised tannins. Good smoothness, silky and velvety.
Red fruit and spicy aftertaste.
