Spicy sardines in olive oil by Conservas Los Peperetes.

Ingredients: Sardines, olive oil, chilli and salt.

Once washed in warm brine and meticulously cleaned, it is subjected to a steam bath so that it acquires the appropriate hardness and does not break. They are then manually placed in the tin and to preserve their flavour and texture, the best quality olive oil and chilli pepper are used as a covering liquid to give them a slightly spicy touch.
