Smoked Olive Oil Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise made with our Smoked Olive Oil “Finca La Barca”. With the characteristic smoky flavor and aroma of our oil, this sauce will become a must in your kitchen.

You can use it to accompany your meats, sandwiches, seafood… Gluten free. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, keep refrigerated for up to seven days.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, smoked olive oil 27.5% (arbequina variety, smoked with oak wood in the traditional style), water, egg yolk powder, lemon juice (antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite (contains sulfites), salt, alcohol vinegar, stabilizer: (guar gum, xanthan gum and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monoesterate), sugar, antioxidant: calcium disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate.
