This is a guarantee that you are acquiring an exclusively Galician product, coming from the rafts of our estuaries.
Our mussels are carefully selected, choosing only large pieces, which we elaborate with the delicacy that a handmade production requires.
The viands are fried before adding the sauce to achieve a denser texture, more pleasant to taste.
