Jar of tuna loin in Iberian lard 250 grams : Conservas Herpac

A treat for the palate that should be indulged from time to time. Pieces of the best canned tuna impregnated with Iberian lard. Spread them on freshly toasted bread and let them melt.

Ingredients: Tuna (Thunnus albacares, Captured-Seine and Hoisted Nets, FAO 34, East Central Atlantic, FAO Code 3-Alpha: YFT), lard, wine, salt, garlic, cumin, and oregano.
