- The best, smallest and most tender baby squid rigorously classified by size. They are cleaned and prepared by hand and stuffed with their tentacles.
- Ivory white, tasty flesh and pleasant texture. Bathed in olive oil.
- It admits all combinations with vegetables (chopped lettuce, grated tomato…) and the fresh notes of some herbs. It pairs well with a fino, a rosé, a white wine or a beer.
