Cockles in their natural state by Conservas Los Peperetes.
The cockle comes from the Galician Rias (Arosa and Muros-Noia). The can contains 40 to 50 pieces of cockles prepared in their natural state.
Ingredients: cockle, water, lemon and salt.
Process: handmade, without preservatives or colouring agents.
Origin: Rías de Galicia
We recommend tasting cold, at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Ideally, place the can on ice or in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes before opening. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany dishes.
