Atlantic anchovies in olive oil : Conservas Angelachu

From spring catches on the Cantabrian coast, the best pieces of anchovies are obtained in the fishing port of Santoña.

After the fish are beheaded and cleaned, they are washed and briefly cooked to remove all types of impurities. Then they are canned and a layer of oil is added so that the product binds in all its fullness.

Ingredients: Bocartes, olive oil and salt.
