Undoubtedly one of our star products. A sauce made over a low heat, with its fried onion, garlic and green pepper. Sweet and not spicy, it is not at all acidic and of course contains no thickeners or stabilizers that disguise the quality of this sauce. And only 4.8% fat.
Ingredients: Tomato (82%), onion, green pepper, garlic, vegetable oil (sunflower), sugar, salt and acidulant (citric acid).
It is the most universal sauce in the kitchen, it can be used in a multitude of pasta dishes, rice, meat stews, fish, vegetables and so on.
If you like your sauce spicy you can add cayenne, chili, tabasco… etc.
If you like it sweeter you can add a little sugar…etc. This sauce allows your personal “touch” without any problem.
