We have recovered the traditional ratatouille recipe with its delicious authentic flavour. When heated over low heat, it is a perfect base for any kind of meat or fish stew. It is ready to eat as it is or you can add diced ham, bacon, chistorra sausage, cook 1 or 2 eggs on top by heating the ratatouille in a frying pan…etc.

Vegetable ratatouille of Conservas Rosara.
It is the traditional ratatouille made with delicious tomato accompanied by diced vegetables (green pepper, red pepper, onion and zucchini) and stewed with olive oil. A really surprising taste due to the absence of acidity, it doesn’t taste like “canned”. And with only 6.4% fat.
Ingredients: Tomato, onion, green pepper, zucchini, vegetable oil (olive) (9%) red pepper, sugar, salt and acidulant (citric acid).
