RECIPE: Razor Clams with Cucumber and Melon

LAS NAVAJAS:

  • 1 can of natural razor.
  • Set aside a few whole razor clams, strain the shipping liquid and set aside.

THE CUCUMBER:

  • 1 cucumber.
  • Dice the cucumber and set aside chilled.

THE MELON:

  • 1 melon.
  • Broth of razor clams.
  • Mash the melon pulp with the razor broth, strain and set aside.

ASSEMBLY:
