The ingredients in its “traditional preparation” are 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin, sea salt, paprika from La Vera, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano and preservatives (E-250 and E-252).

Once the process has been completed under slow and gentle ripening conditions, with a final loss of 44%, we obtain a product with a typical veined appearance with irregular veins, consistent and uniform texture, marked juiciness and a pronounced “flavour”. They fall into the highest category within this product range.

We recommend removing the vacuum bag and leaving it in a cool, dry place, without slicing, 24 hours before consumption.

As a general criterion, the thickness of the slices can be 2 mm.
