Cockles, mussels, clams and razor clams from the Galician Rías Gallegas are packed in blue boxes reminiscent of the seafaring tradition and in the traditional round tin, in an artisanal process that seeks to maintain intact the original flavor of each of the preserves.
Four delicacies ready to take at any time and surprise an unexpected visitor, or to enjoy with the family.
It is the Premium canned product with all the flavor of the Atlantic, treated in a traditional way and packaged with Mareira Water as an exclusive detail.

The BERBERECHOS de La Riviere are raised in the sandy areas of the Ría de Noya, where the shellfish gather each piece with care when the tide is low. When they are still fresh, they are packaged to preserve all the flavor, texture and high quality of a product that is exquisite on any occasion. And there is no need to worry because they have no soil, they are removed naturally in seawater and are hand-selected and sorted according to their size (25/28 and 30/31), ready to serve directly in the can or on a plate.

The best mussels of Galicia are raised in the rafts of Isla de Arosa, which are carefully selected (Caliber 7) when they are at the right point of maturation. Frying in olive oil guarantees that texture, color and, above all, such a special bouquet that differentiates this product from many others on supermarket shelves. The only thing missing is the addition of a mild marinade prepared with the traditional recipes of the area to reinforce the flavor of the authentic mussels from the Rias Baixas.

And the finishing touch is provided by the NAVAJAS from the Galician Rías, a natural product that stands out for its exquisite fleshy texture and mild flavor. It could not be otherwise, as they are caught diving in the waters of Cambados and Aguiño, a laborious task that depends on sea conditions. Once the blades arrive at the factory, they are cleaned and prepared in warm sea water before selecting the pieces by size (8 gauge) and giving them a touch of lemon before closing the package and storing it in its box.
