Piquillo peppers stuffed with seafood from Conservas Rosara.
We select the best Piquillo peppers and roast them with beech wood. We peel them without water so that they do not lose their flavour, fill them with a delicate seafood béchamel sauce (prawns and shrimps) and accompany them with a delicious seafood-based sauce. It is a very laborious process with a delicious and healthy result: low in fat (2.4%), salt (0.26 gr. per 100 gr. of product) and does not contain gluten.
Ingredients: Piquillo peppers (38%), fish stock, langoustines (5%), shrimps (5%), prawns (3%), lobster (3%), vegetable oil (sunflower), tomato, onion, vegetables, flour, milk, rice, garlic, salt, wine and spices.

Although our production is supervised by the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin: Piquillo peppers from Lodosa and the peppers used for this product are covered by the D.O., the Council only recognises with the numbered back label the peppers packed in their juice (whole, strips or pieces) and not those that are already cooked.
