Variety: 70% Albariño, 22% Caiño and 8% Loureiro.
Terras Gauda Etiqueta Negra is one of the winery’s most special wines, having defined its own style when it comes to understanding the ageing potential of Galician whites.
It seeks harmony between the fruity character of the Albariño, white Caíño and Loureiro, and the subtlety of French oak.
The Albariño contributes its fruity aromas and a sensation of volume in the mouth, the Loureiro provides floral aromatic intensity and the white Caíño is responsible for its great structure and uniqueness.
Optimum consumption temperature: between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Wonderful combination with seafood: oysters, clams and crab.
Enjoy it also with Asian cuisine or with white meats and rice dishes.
Alcohol content: 13% vol

Description
VINIFICATION
After a cold maceration of different lengths depending on the varieties, fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
After adding natural yeasts extracted from our own vineyards, the wine is cold stabilized, filtered and finally bottled.
TASTING COMMENTS
The combination of varieties is surprising.
It is a wine of great complexity in which pleasant citrus aromas of mandarin and grapefruit, ripe peach and pineapple stand out, combined with pleasant hints of orange blossom, mint and soft mineral and earthy notes.
Impressive in the mouth for its powerful structure.
Its fresh youth is accompanied by great character, showing unctuousness, balance and a pleasant velvety sensation.
It is creamy, caressing the mouth, with hints of fresh minerality that together with its soft acidity, reveals a long and pleasant finish.
This wine provides us with two apparently contradictory characteristics: it is a complex wine but easy to drink.
