Don PX Pedro Ximenez – Sweet Raisin Wine
The Don PX are Toro Albalá’s specialty, wines with their own personality.
This 2018 PX is the youngest of the bunch, the product of honey or nectar falling from the vertical press.
Vintage and unaged, with a very appealing amber color, it is reminiscent of bergamot and honey, a combination of sweetness with a fresh citrus touch that makes it a delight in the mouth.

Description
Don PX is one of the most internationally appreciated Spanish products, this sherry can give great emotions, both to the most experienced and demanding palates as well as to newcomers who are approaching this type of tasting for the first time.
The taste, in fact, is naturally sweet, characterized by a consistent body in which all the aromas and the richness of its structure are captured.
Ripe fruit notes and hints of fresh fruit are evident, mixed with wisdom.
One can also perceive the density of honey and citrus marmalade, slightly diluted by the presence of spicy notes, such as saffron.
The taste immediately reveals the earthiness of an area rich in minerals and substances released in the grapes. Very pleasant overall and well balanced.
Don PX is ideal to be consumed in excellent company, with a dessert in the winter evenings with friends or in the summer evenings outdoors, when strong passions and great memories to keep are sought.
